Wave Watch`N is the perfect place to do just that, watch the waves dance across the sand. Sit back to enjoy your special reserved view of the Three Arch Rocks National Wild Life Refuge. This comfy home is located right in the heart of the Oceanside village. Ideal for a family of 6/7 or 2 couples. The main floor has an open concept with the kitchen, dining room and living room. Featuring all you would need to whip up a great meal in a fully equipped kitchen (- a dishwasher) and seating for 6 in dining area.  This room opens onto a deck with a charcoal Weber BBQ. The living room invites you to curl up to a warm free standing gas stove for those cozy nights. Large flat screen T.V, DVD, VHS, I pod dock, high speed internet and stereo are available for all your entertainment needs. On the main floor you have the second bedroom with a queen bed and bath just down the hall.The washer and dryer are also located on the main floor. Step up into the master en suite bedroom. You will find a queen bed with amazing views! Take a brief walk to the Brewing in the Wind Espresso shop to enjoy a fresh brewed Cup, local art, music and Yes, Tillamook Ice cream! For lunch or dinner take a short stroll to the famous Roseanna’s café.  A real treat for your palette.  Also for your dinning pleasure try the Schooner Inn.

Rental Information:

Rates are based upon Occupancy of 1 to 6 people.
The Off Season rate is $139 a night - $834 per week – 2 night minimum
The Mid Season rate is $149 a night - $894 per week – 3 night minimum unless other arrangements are made.
The Peak Season and Holiday rate is $159 a night - $954 per week – 4 night minimum.
The cleaning fee for this home is  $100 - 125 and is based on occupancy.
Pets are allowed (2 maximum) with approval, at $10 per night, per pet.

Children under the age of 2 stay for free.
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)

There is NO SMOKING in any of our homes!

Cancellation Policy:
Minimum $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be retained for ALL Reservations.
Reservation changes: $25.00 fee will apply.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.

IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.

REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.
