Rental Information:
The vacation rental portion of this luxury - ocean view - home is a 6 bdrm, 7 bath and 2 loft dream come true!
If you are in need of less space, but want this view, please check with us! We can split the guests' quarters in half, for a lower rate, if the larger unit is not booked. Such requests are honored on a case-by-case basis, only if the larger unit is not rented. There are more than 3,000 sq.ft. in the guests' quarters: 2 master suites upstairs, with king beds, TVs & private baths. 1 master suite on the main level with a double bed, 2 private baths (one with a spa tub), TV and a comfortable dble hide-a-bed.1 bedroom on the lower level with a private bath. This bedroom has 2 twin beds and an adjoining bedroom, with a double hide-a-bed and TV. There is an additional bath in the hallway between the game room and the lower level bedroom. 1 sleeping loft with a daybed. 1 sleeping loft with bunk beds & a single hide-a-bed. 1 private “extra” bedroom (next to the kitchen and laundry room) with a double futon and a private ½ bath w/shower. You are also welcome to use the inflatable mattress that is available, upon request, for a $40 fee. The living room has a good sized chaise that would be comfortable for a child and there is plenty of floor space for “camping-out!” There is SO MUCH more to this home! Two separate entertaining areas, a self-starting pellet stove, a full service kitchen, a propane BBQ on the deck, a game room with pool/ ping pong table, 2 TVs with satellite service and VCRs, you just have to see it to believe it! Your kids will love it here as much as you do. The railings around both lofts have been "filled-in" to ensure that little ones can't squeeze in-between them. There is also a safety gate for blocking the stairwell.
High Speed Internet.
The rates are based upon an occupancy of 15, but the home sleeps 25 max.
Children under the age of 1 stay for free.
Jun-Aug ... $450/night .. 5 Day Minimum (+$10/nt each if over 15 ppl)
Sep-May ... $390/night .. 3 Day Min. except Holidays (based on 15 ppl)
Early check-in or late departure, if available, charges at $20 per hour. Must be scheduled prior to arrival.
Serendipity Specials (Nov-Feb, excluding Holidays, for bookings made within 5 days of arrival date)— Free early check-in or late departure, up to 8 hours total, plus 10% discount on the total booking. Arrival/departure times must be scheduled in advance.
Holidays .. $450/night 3 days before & after the holiday.
Weekly rate 2400 Sep-May, 2800 Jun-Aug (incl. holiday weeks)
All above rates are based on 15 people. Add $10 per nt each for additional people over 1 year old.
Add $275 Cleaning Fee (based on 15 people – add $10 each for every additional person over 1 year old)
Add $10 Per Night Per Dog - Max 3 Dogs –
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)
1% State Lodging Tax

Your house-broken dogs are welcome here, for a fee, but please no more than two.
The fee is $10 per dog per night. No dogs over 50lbs. are allowed, and an additional $100 (refundable) per pet deposit will be collected.
Please note that this home has two smaller apartments (one for guests and the other for a caretaker), with completely separate entrances, attached to it.
You will be asked not to block their garages during your stay as those garages are the only access to the apartments.
There is absolutely no access from the apartments to the vacation rental.
There is ample parking near the detached garage and along the driveway (as long as you do not block it).
RV and/or boat parking is allowed only with prior approval.
There is NO SMOKING in any of our homes!
Cancellation Policy:
Minimum $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be retained for ALL Reservations.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.
IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.
REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.
