Rental Information:
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage .
The master bedroom has a private deck
There is a spacious back yard, fire pit and deck .
The living room amenities include a cushioned window seat for reading or
viewing, a raised hearth fireplace, cable TV with DVD/CD features.
The kitchen is light and well equipped.
The rates are based upon an occupancy of 6.
Children under the age of 2 stay for free.
The Off Season rate is $110 a night + cleaning fee - 2 night minimum $715 weekly
The High Season rate is $120 a night + cleaning fee - 2 night minimum. $780 weekly
The Peak Season and Holiday Rate is $130 a night - + cleaning fee - 3 night minimum $845 weekly
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)
Sanitizing Fee $90-125 (dependent upon occupancy)
Pet charge $10 a night per pet.

Cancellation Policy:
Minimum $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be retained for ALL Reservations.
Reservation changes: $25.00 fee will apply.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.
IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.
REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.
