Rental Information:
Two self-contained Suites available individually or together for larger parties.
Each Suite easily accommodates 4.
Suite A: Perfectly prepared for 2-4.
Spacious Great Room with windows all around includes:
Open Kitchen with lots of counter tops, cabinets, drawers for food items.
Dining area seats 4.
Well equipped kitchen-coffeemaker, toaster, built-in microwave, stove and oven.
Living Room furnished tastefully with lots of lounging and includes television, dvd, stereo, cassette-cd player.
Queen size futon finishes the room for 2 guests.
Bedroom has California Queen-wake to a view of luscious green forest from every window.
Large, full bathroom provides shower, tub, lots of counter space and drawers.
Suite B: Cozy accommodations for 4
Open viewing of Kitchen, Dining Area and Living Room
Compact Kitchen for easy preparations of meals, snacks, and easy clean up.
Well equipped with coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, stove, oven.
Dining area seats 4.
Living Room has comfy seating, television, dvd.
Master Bedroom has California Queen-wake to view of luscious green forest from every window.
Second bedroom has 2 single beds.
Large, full bathroom provides shower, tub, lots of counter space and drawers.
The rates are based upon an occupancy of 4, in each suite. Double the amount for both suites.
Children under the age of 2 stay for free.
The Off Season rate is $70 a night - $455 per week - 2 night minimum.
The High Season rate is $80 a night - $520 per week - 3 night minimum.
The Peak Season & Holidays rate is $90 a night - $585 per week - 3 night minimum.
The cleaning fee for each Suite is $50.
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)
There is NO SMOKING in any of our homes! No Pets.
Cancellation Policy:
Minimum $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be retained for ALL Reservations.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.
IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.
REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.
