The Loft Suites A & B

Nestled just off the main crossroads in the village of Netarts, The Loft invites you to come and play, relax, unwind, and definitely enjoy! 
Just blocks away from the mouth of Netarts Bay and Happy Camp Beach…you will appreciate the close proximity to beaches, marina, crabbing, fishing, markets, salon, massage therapist, deli, pizza, and Tillamook ice cream, all within walking distance.

There is laundry access for both suites downstairs in the game room. Game room is partially finished and currently has a mini pool table and foosball. Air hockey coming soon!

Rental Information:

Two self-contained Suites available individually or together for larger parties.

Each Suite easily accommodates 4.

Suite A: Perfectly prepared for 2-4.
Spacious Great Room with windows all around includes:
Open Kitchen with lots of counter tops, cabinets, drawers for food items.
Dining area seats 4.
Well equipped kitchen-coffeemaker, toaster, built-in microwave, stove and oven.
Living Room furnished tastefully with lots of lounging and includes television, dvd, stereo, cassette-cd player.
Queen size futon finishes the room for 2 guests.
Bedroom has California Queen-wake to a view of luscious green forest from every window.
Large, full bathroom provides shower, tub, lots of counter space and drawers.

Suite B: Cozy accommodations for 4
Open viewing of Kitchen, Dining Area and Living Room
Compact Kitchen for easy preparations of meals, snacks, and easy clean up.
Well equipped with coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, stove, oven.
Dining area seats 4.
Living Room has comfy seating, television, dvd.
Master Bedroom has California Queen-wake to view of luscious green forest from every window.
Second bedroom has 2 single beds.
Large, full bathroom provides shower, tub, lots of counter space and drawers.
The rates are based upon an occupancy of 4, in each suite. Double the amount for both suites.
Children under the age of 5 stay for free.
The Off Season rate is $70 a night - $455 per week - 2 night minimum.
The High Season rate is $80 a night - $520 per week - 3 night minimum.
The Peak Season rate is $90 a night - $585 per week - 3 night minimum.
The cleaning fee for each Suite is $50.
