This lovely, tiled, very cozy home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The Oceanside beach access is about 2 city blocks down-hill from the house. Enjoy your brief stroll through the quaint town, stop in at the local coffee shop to enjoy local art, music, Tillamook ice cream and (of course) coffee. At lunch and dinner time, walk from the beach back into town for the wonderful food at famous Roseanna's Cafe!

There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and an inflatable air mattress,just in case.

Rental Information:

You will not believe the ocean view from this 2 bdrm, 1 bath home! Relax, knowing that the house is only a few minutes' walk away from the beach, should the weather take a drastic turn.
If you're playing on the beach when the rain arrives, walk back and curl-up on the couch to watch the storm roll-in over the sea from the warmth of the living room. Then, as soon as it clears, you can head back to the beach in no time at all!
This home has a fully-equipped kitchen (with the exception of a dishwasher), washer and dryer. The great room has a CD player, cable TV and DVD/ VCR.
The rates are based upon an occupancy of 4, but the home sleeps 5 max.
Children under the age of 2 stay for free.
The upstairs to this home is not accessible to guests, but, no one will be there during your stay.
The Off Season rate is $125 a night-$813 per week-2 night minimum.
The High Season and Holiday rate is $135 a night-$878 per week-3 night minimum.
The Peak Season rate is $160 a night-$1040.00 per week-3 night minimum.
The cleaning fee for this home is $65-$75 and is based on occupancy.
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)

Cancellation Policy:
Minimum $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be retained for ALL Reservations.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.

IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.

REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.
