Our 2 Story 5 bdrm, 4 bath Family Friendly home is light, open and very spacious.
Total Square Footage is 2700 sq ft.
Entry Level hosts 4 bedrooms and 3 baths:
2 Master Suites with Queen size beds and adjoining Master Baths with tiled showers.
2 Guest Bedrooms, with a Queen bed and a Full size bed respectively, and 1 bedroom includes an additional full/twin bunk bed combo. Easily accommodates 12 to 16
Full Bath with tub is Kid Friendly, roomy and on Entry Level floor.
Full Size Washer and Dryer is housed in separate hall closet for easy access from bedrooms.
Upper Floor serves as Gathering Place with Great Room which allows all guests to enjoy their space and still be apart of the larger group experience.
Living Room complete with cozy fireplace, large sitting area for viewing HDTV, Direct TV, dvd/vhs (video library) iPod station with a remote control and high speed wireless internet access. A separate bonus room for children includes an entertainment area with TV and full size futon, it is adjoined to the Great Room.
The Beach House features a propane BBQ for casual dining and enjoyment on the large wraparound deck with an unforgettable ocean view to the west, and glorious mountains to the north and east.
Large Gourmet Kitchen equipped with all new stainless steel appliances and positioned for optimum Entertaining and Enjoyment of All. Formal Dining Table comfortably seats 8 and Entertainment Bar seats 4
Children's sandbox with unlimited supply of sand in back yard of this very private setting, nestled in trees overlooking Oceanside, 3 Arch Rocks and Camelot neighborhood.

Low Season Rate $225 a night - 2 nights minimum - $1462.50 a week (7 nights)
Mid Season Rate $235 a night - 2 nights minimum - $ 1527.50 a week (7 nights)
Peak Season - Holidays Rate $300 a night - 4 night minimum for Summer 2010 - $1950 a week (7 nights)
Children under the age of 2 stay for free.
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)
There is NO SMOKING in any of our homes! No Pets.
Cancellation Policy:
Minimum $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be retained for ALL Reservations.
Reservation changes: $25.00 fee will apply.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.
IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.
REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.
