Surf Perch welcomes you with its curbside presence. From the stone pillar entry to the beautiful glass door - what awaits you on the other side will truly make your vacation one to remember! Step inside to a rich and inviting foyer, which leads you directly to the 1st en suite bedroom on the Entry level! The open light feel, private bath featuring oil rubbed bronze fixtures with beautifully tiled countertops, will surely set the stage for feeling pampered.
At the top of the stairs, the main level features a modern open floor plan that easily accommodates six people. Great room includes a living room, dining area and kitchen, all with fabulous ocean view. Fully equipped spacious kitchen has granite counters, elegant cabinetry, stainless steel appliances with Jen Air stove and all the modern amenities needed to whip up a simple meal or prepare a gourmet's delight.
Our kitchen flows smoothly into the dining and living rooms. Living room offers plenty of cozy seating for viewing Pacific Ocean, romantic gas fireplace, or comfortably enjoying a movie. This space has a TV, DVD, VHS, Cable TV & Internet. This great gathering space is graced with a sliding glass door and viewing balcony! This floor also contains a plush cozy nook area for enjoying a cup of tea; coffee or snuggling up to read a book in our eclectic library.
The upper level is truly spectacular! It features the master bedroom suite with a private balcony! Surf Perch features a breath taking Panoramic view from Cape Look Out to 3 Arch Rocks. Snuggle up on the comfy couch in front of the gas fireplace or enjoy the lovely spa like bathroom featuring a large soaking tub, separate tiled shower, double sinks, and private water closet! Introductory Rate $195 a night (based on occupancy of 6) Weekly rate of $1170.00
1% State Lodging Tax
Sanitizing Fee $150 - $200 (based on occupancy)
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)
There is NO SMOKING in any of our homes! No Pets allowed at this home!
Cancellation Policy:
Minimum $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be retained for ALL Reservations.
Reservation changes: $25.00 fee will apply.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.
IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.
REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.
