Low season: $250/night, $1500 a week (2 night Min)
Mid season: $275/night, $1650 a week (3 night Min)
Peak season & Holidays: $295/night (4 night Min)
All Rental Periods:
Children under the age of 2 stay for free.
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)

Rates based on Occupancy of 6, more by Pre-Arranged permission at $10 per person per night.

Cancellation Policy:
Minimum $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be retained for ALL Reservations.
Reservation changes: $25.00 fee will apply.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.
IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.
REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.
