Three floors and daylight basement connected by a spiral staircase, make this 4 level home roomy for everyone.
The Main Level features:
Expansive ocean views, through wall to wall windows facing west…Three Arch Rocks.
• The Kitchen is fully-equipped: microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer
(enough counter space for all cooks to gather, as well as a buffet serving area)
• Two dining areas (a breakfast nook seats 2-4 on stools, dining table seats 6).
• The Living Room has a wood burning stove (wax logs only, please), a leather sofa, 2 lounge chairs and TV with
VCR, DVD, cable & Internet Access.
• A Full Bathroom with claw foot soaking tub.
• Bedroom #1 with Queen bed, TV w/cable
The Next Level features:
• Master Bedroom #2 with king bed, ocean views, slider door to upper deck, vaulted ceilings with skylights
(TV w/VCR and cable).
• Full Master Bathroom has with shower
• Another Bedroom #3 with Queen Bed and views of south towards Cape Lookout

The Next Level (above the Master Bedroom) features:
• Loft
• Lounge area with 2 lounge chairs for reading, relaxing, Pacific Ocean viewing through 3 bay windows.
The Daylight Basement features:
• The Game/Bunk Room also with ocean views
• Bunk bed with twin on top full futon fold-out on bottom.
• Many board games.
• The Laundry Room with washer/dryer and an exit to the deck.
The Deck features:
• Large, patio w/Hot tub, charcoal BBQ and bench furniture.
• 2 person Sauna.
The rates are based upon an occupancy of 6, however, the home sleeps 10 max. (6 in beds, 4 on 2 futons mattresses)
Children under the age of 2 stay for free.
The Off Season rate is $200 a night - $1300 per week - 3 night min.
The Mid Season rate is $235 a night - $1527.50 per week - 3 night min.
The Peak Season and Holiday Rate is $325 a night - $2112.50 per week - 4 night min.
The cleaning fee for this home is $175-$200 and is based on occupancy.
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)
There is a hot tub fee included in rates. Extra fees will apply if rules for use of the tub are not followed.

Cancellation Policy:
Minimum $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be retained for ALL Reservations.
Reservation changes: $25.00 fee will apply.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.
IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.
REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.
