Notes: Handicap Accessibility Information: The main entry floor is accessible by climbing three steps from the ground to the wood deck. Once on that level, the first floor has a kitchen, bath, bedroom, living/ dining, for those who have limited mobility.
The rates are based upon an occupancy of 6, however, the home sleeps 10 max. (8 in beds,)
Children under the age of 2 stay for free.
The Off Season rate is $185 a night - $1110 per week - 2 night min.
The Mid Season rate is $195 a night - $1170 per week - 2 night min.
The Peak Season and Holiday Rate is $250 a night - $1500 per week - 3 night min.
The cleaning fee for this home is $150-$200 and is based on occupancy.
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)

Cancellation Policy:
Minimum $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be retained for ALL Reservations.
Reservation changes: $25.00 fee will apply.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.
IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.
REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.
