The house sleeps 11 "off the floor".
The Master Bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, a slider door to the upper deck and vaulted ceilings with skylights (TV w/ VCR and cable).
The Master Bathroom has a shower and a private entrance from the Master Bedroom.
The Loft above the Master Bedroom has a double futon bed and 2 lounge chairs with an ocean view.
There is a Third Floor Landing with a reading area and ocean views from 3 bay windows.
The Main Level features very expansive ocean views and has 2 dining areas (the breakfast nook seats 2 on chairs and 4 on stools and the dining table seats 6).
The Kitchen is fully-equipped: microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer (enough counter space for all cooks to gather) and excellent views of the Three Arch Rocks - where sea lions are often seen.
The Living Room has a wood burning stove (wax logs only, please), a leather sofa, 2 lounge chairs and full ocean views (TV with VCR, DVD and cable).
This Bathroom has a claw foot soaking tub w/shower.
The 2nd Queen Bedroom has TV w/cable.
The Game/Bunk Room has ocean views, bunk bed with twin on top queen futon fold-out on bottom (TV w/cable) and many board games.
The Laundry Room has a washer/dryer and an exit to the deck. It also has an older exercise bike.
The Deck is large w/Hot tub, charcoal BBQ and bench furniture.
Parking for 3 cars, max., 2 in the garage and one off upper road.
The rates are based upon an occupancy of 6, however, the home sleeps 12 max. (if at least 2 are small kids)
Children under the age of 5 stay for free.
The Off Season rate is $190 a night - $1330 per week - 3 night min.
The High Season rate is $225 a night - $1575 per week - 3 night min.
The Peak Season and Holiday Rate is $300 a night - $2100 per week - 4 night min.
The cleaning fee for this home is $150-$200 and is based on occupancy. There is a hot tub usage fee of $30. Extra fees will apply if rules for use of the tub are not followed.
