Relax in a tastefully updated home that is not so polished that you can't let your children play. There is ample room for kids to run and play in the large and rustic yard!

We love having dog guests and take pride in providing a retreat for them as well, so they can enjoy the beach with their family too!

Rental Information:

This 3 bdrm, 1 bath cottage boasts an additional sleeping loft that your kids will adore!
Total, there are 2 queen sized beds, 1 full bed and 2 twin beds.
The main floor bathroom has a large tub and shower.
There are bay views, glowing wood floors and a huge yard for star-gazing in.
The dining area seats six with bay views.
The living room offers a bay view from the cushy sofa.
The kitchen has great counter space, is light and is fully equipped.
There are two televisions, a VCR and DVD player. No cable.
The rates are based upon an occupancy of 4, but the home sleeps 8 max.
Children under the age of 2 stay for free.
The Off Season rate is $145 a night - $942 per week - 2 night minimum.
The High Season rate is $155 a night - $1007 per week - 3 night minimum.
The Peak Season and Holiday Rate is $165 a night - $1072 per week - 4 night minimum.
The cleaning fee for this home is $75-$100 and is based on occupancy.
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)

Pet charge $10 a night per pet.

Cancellation Policy:
Minimum $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be retained for ALL Reservations.
Reservation changes: $25.00 fee will apply.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.

IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.

REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.
