This house features a large fireplace and 2 decks with an unforgettable ocean view. TV's in every room, cable, DVD/ VCR.
Large propane BBQ available for use on the family room deck.

The rates are based upon an occupancy of 2-6.

The Low Season rate is $150 a night - 2 night minimum $975 Weekly.
The Mid Season, $175 a night - 2 night minimum $1137.50 weekly
Peak Season and Holiday Rate is $200 a night - 3 night minimum. $1300 weekly
Sanitizing fee for this home is $100-150 and is based on occupancy.
Children under the age of 2 stay for free.

Pet charge $10 a night per pet ($50 max per pet)

Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)

Reservation changes: $25.00 fee will apply.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.

IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.

REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.
