The Low Season rate is $125 a night - 2 night minimum.
The Mid Season, $150 a night - 2 night minimum
Peak Season and Holiday Rate is $175 a night - 3 night minimum.
Sanitizing fee for this home is $100 and is based on occupancy.
Pet Fee $50 per pet (2 maximum)with Approval.
Pet Security Deposit $150 per pet (refundable if no claims)
