Rental Information:
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage boasts a queen sized bed and two double beds.
The living room has a queen sized futon couch as an additional fourth bed.
The master bedroom has a private deck with a bay view.
There is a spacious garage, a bay view gazebo, and a patio and deck off the dining area for sunset-gazing.
The living room amenities include a cushioned window seat for reading or viewing, a raised hearth fireplace, cable TV with DVD/CD features.
The kitchen is light and well equipped.
The rates are based upon an occupancy of 4, but the home sleeps 8 max.
Children under the age of 5 stay for free.
The Off Season rate is $125 a night + cleaning fee - 2 night minimum - $812 per week
The High Season rate is $145 a night + cleaning fee - 2 night minimum.- $942 per week
The Peak Season and Holiday Rate is $165 a night - + cleaning fee - 3 night minimum - $1072 per week
The cleaning fee is $90.00-$100.00 and is based on occupancy.
