For a place that has Heaven in its name, the Bay view from it is nearly sinful!
This 2 bdrm, 1.5 bath home by the Bay has many virtues - like Queen sized beds and the little guest house with a double futon, twin bunk beds and a TV/VCR.
The main home has a complete, yet compact, kitchen (with the exception of a dishwasher), a new propane grill and a washer/dryer.
Its family room has cable TV and DVD/ VCR for rainy days.
The rates are based upon an occupancy of 4, but the home and guest house sleeps 8 max.
Children under the age of 5 stay for free.
The Off Season rate is $130 a night - $780 per week - 2 night minimum.
The High Season rate is $140 a night - $840 per week - 2 night minimum.
The Peak Season and Holiday Rate is $150 a night - $900 per week - 3 night minimum.
The cleaning fee for this home is $100. If the guest house remains unused, $75.
You will be asked to cook your crab at the boat rental - or on the propane grill outside - but NEVER inside of the home!
