Lovely Oceanfront home with three bedrooms and two baths located in
secluded and peaceful Cape Meares, Oregon. The waves of the Pacific
are just a few feet away and nearby Tillamook Bay and Cape Meares
Lake provide great fishing and crabbing throughout the seasons.
Sleeps 7-8; two night minimum; (3 night minimum during peak season)
no pets or smoking, please.

This secluded home located at the end of a quiet lane has ample parking, cable TV and phone along with endless view.
The large kitchen is well stocked with cookware and appliances.
This home is set up to easily accommodate a wheel chair or walker once you have reached the main level, 15 steps above ground level. The main bathroom has a handicap shower and wide doorway for easy access. All doorways are set up to also accommodate your wheel chair or walker.
Great ocean front views are available for you to enjoy from inside or from the wrap around deck which is easily accessed from the living room, dinning room or the north bedroom.
Vacation Rental Rates (based on occupancy of 6)
Off season: $175.00 (2 night Min) $1050.00 a week (7 nights)
High season: $180.00(2 night Min) $1080.00 a week (7 nights)
Peak season & Holidays: $185.00(3 night Min) $1110.00 a week (7 nights)
Tax $1.75 a night
Cleaning fee $90.00 -$125 (based on occupancy)
Children under the age of 2 stay for free.
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)
There is NO SMOKING in any of our homes!
Cancellation Policy:
Minimum $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be retained for ALL Reservations.
Reservation changes: $25.00 fee will apply.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.
IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.
REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.
