Enjoy the unobstructed ocean view from both floors of this 1 bdrm, 2 bath home - each floor has its own deck access! Watch the waves in cozy comfort - bare feet and all - on the heated tile floors!
The home is only a few minutes' walk from the beach access, about 3 city blocks.
The master bedroom in this brand new home has its own bathroom, including a walk-in tile shower.
The lower level contains the sitting area, a sleeper sofa and a full, private, bathroom.
Due to how steep the tiled stairs are (to the lower level) we do not recommend that babies who are crawling, toddlers or very young children sleep there.
This home also has a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer.
The sitting room has a large TV with cable, internet, and a DVD player.
High Speed Internet
The rates are based upon an occupancy of 4.
Children under the age of 2 stay for free.
There is only room to park one vehicle in front of this home, no RVs.
The Off Season rate is $120 a night- $780.00 a week -2 night minimum.
The High Season and Holiday rate is $135 a night- $877.50 a week -3 night minimum.
The Peak Season rate is $150 a night- $975 a week -3 night minimum.
The Sanitizing fee for this home is $70-$80 and is based on occupancy.
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)

We are sorry, but we do not allow pets in this home, no exceptions.
There is NO SMOKING in any of our homes! Please only smoke outside and not on the wooden decks.

Cancellation Policy:
Minimum $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be retained for ALL Reservations
Reservation changes: $25.00 fee will apply.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.
IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.
REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.
