Enjoy the fresh sea breezes, unobstructed ocean views, gorgeous sunsets, and the sound of the waves from both floors of this home - each floor has it’s own deck!
During winter storms, watch the pounding surf in cozy comfort – bare feet and all – on the heated tile floors!  From your perch overlooking the village and the frothy breaking waves below, you can take a break from driving, as this home is only a few minutes paved walk downhill to the beach.  There is Ocean Front Deli, Brewing in the Wind coffee shop, and Roseanna’s fine dining within walking distance.  There is a small grocery store about 45 minutes walk (5 minute drive) along the coast in Netarts.
The master bedroom in this newer home has its own bathroom, including a walk-in-tile shower.  The lower level contains the sitting area with a Queen bed, sleeper sofa and a private bathroom.  Please be advised there are wooden stairs between the two floors, so please use caution if you have a baby that is crawling or young toddlers learning about stairs.  This home has a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and dishwasher, as well as a washer and dryer.  Cell phones don’t often work out here so there is a landline phone for local use.  The sitting room has a large TV with cable, DVD player, puzzles, and games.  There is also a telescope to view puffins and seals on the Three Arch Rocks of the National Wildlife Refuge.  You can also catch sight of whales when they are on their migration routes.

There is High Speed internet with wi-fi.  We cannot guarantee the internet, but thankfully there is not usually a problem with connection.
There is only room to park one vehicle in front of this home, no RVs.

The rates are based upon occupancy of 2.
$10 per person per night for additional guests.
Children under the age of 2 stay for free.


The Off Season rate is $130 a night- $780.00 a week -2 night minimum.
The Mid Season rate is $145 a night- $870.00 a week -3 night minimum.
The Peak Season rate is $160 a night- $960 a week -3 night minimum.

The cleaning fee for this home is $75-$80 and is based on occupancy.
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)

There is NO SMOKING in any of our homes! Please only smoke outside and not on the wooden decks.

Cancellation Policy:
Minimum $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be retained for ALL Reservations
Reservation changes: $25.00 fee will apply.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.

IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.
