Rental Information:
The upstairs to this 3 bdrm, 2 bath home is light and open.
One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other a California king.
Also upstairs are:
An absolutely "great" room, with plenty of floor space and couches for the kids to camp-out on.
A huge bathroom.
A galley kitchen, with the 12 person dining table perfectly situated to take advantage of the ocean view.
The daylight basement has a great room, bedroom and a laundry room.
The bedroom downstairs has one queen bed and two sets of bunk beds.
This house features a large fireplace and a deck with an unforgettable ocean view.
The upstairs great room has a CD player, satellite TV and DVD/ VCR.
The master bedroom has a TV/DVD as well.
The rates are based upon an occupancy of 6, but the home sleeps up to 12 max, if at least 4 are children.
Children under the age of 2 stay for free.
The Off Season rate is $140 a night - $840 per week - 2 night min.
The High Season, Peak Season and Holiday Rate is $175 a night - $1050.00 per week - 3 night minimum.
The cleaning fee for this home is $125-$150 and is based on occupancy.
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)

Cancellation Policy:
Minimum $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be retained for ALL Reservations.
Reservation changes: $25.00 fee will apply.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.
IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.
REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.
