This beautiful, light and open Cape Meares home is only a few minutes' of level walking from the beach access, about 1.5 blocks.
The master bedroom in this 2 bdrm, 1.5 bath, recently remodeled and natural wood home has a queen sized Select Comfort SLEEP NUMBER © bed.
The second bedroom also has a queen sized Select Comfort SLEEP NUMBER © bed.
The main +bathroom hosts a jetted tub and there is a half bathroom in the home as well.
There is a cozy great room with an amazing view and sleeper sofa.
The deck is enormous, with an ocean view that is spectacular!
This home has a very modern, fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer.
The rates are based upon an occupancy of 4, but the home sleeps 6 max.
Children under the age of 2 stay for free.

The Off Season rate is $129 a night - $774 a week- 2 night minimum.
The Mid Season rate is $139 a night - $834 a week- 3 night minimum.
The Peak Season and Holiday rate is $159 a night - $954 a week- 3 night minimum.
 The cleaning fee for this home is $75-90 (based on occupancy).
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)

You will be asked to remove your shoes at the door in this home.

thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.

IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.

REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.
