Rates
Off season: $210/night, $1260/week (2 night Min)
Mid season: $235/night, $1410/week (3 night Min)
Peak season & Holidays: $285/night, $1710/week (4 night Min)
Cleaning fee $100-$150
Children under the age of 2 stay for free.
All Rental Periods:
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)
1% State Lodging Tax
LATE CHECKOUT ADD $100
Maximum Occupancy is 7, or more by Pre-Arranged permission.
Maximum Vehicles on property is 2, or 1 vehicle and 1 boat.
30+ days Required to Cancel without Forfeiture of Security deposit
and reservation deposit. If less than 30 days and unable to rebook
these dates-full forfeiture of security and reservation deposits.
$50 cancellation fee always retained
Pet charge $10 a night per pet.
There is NO SMOKING in any of our homes!
Cancellation Policy:
Minimum $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be retained for ALL Reservations.
Reservation changes: $25.00 fee will apply.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.
IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.
REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.
